Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery within the DFW metroplex for an additional fee based on distance from our pickup location in Fort Worth, TX. Pickup is always free and available by appointment. If you’d like your items delivered, just select that option on the order form and provide your address so we can calculate the delivery fee.
How is pricing determined?
All of our caramels are handmade in small batches, hand-wrapped, and thoughtfully packaged. Pricing varies depending on the type of packaging (heat-sealed bags vs. gift boxes), flavor, and any add-ons like chocolate drizzles, personalization, or gift wrapping. You'll find standard pricing on our Services & Pricing page, but custom orders may vary.
What is the Payment Policy?
All standard and presale orders require full payment upfront. For custom event orders (50+ pieces), a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due prior to fulfillment. Payment is accepted via Zelle or Venmo.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! We love creating custom orders for weddings, events, gifting, or special occasions. Custom orders start at 50 caramels and can be tailored to your needs — including packaging style, flavor selection, ribbon color, custom tags, and more. Just fill out our Order Inquiry Form, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to begin the process.
